Ashleigh Young

Ashleigh Young is the author of two poetry collections – Magnificent Moon (Te Herenga Waka 2012) and How I Get Ready (Te Herenga Waka 2019) – and the essay collection Can You Tolerate This? (Te Herenga Waka 2016), which won a Windham Campbell Prize from Yale University and the Royal Society Te Apārangi Award for General Non-Fiction. She works as a managing editor at Te Herenga Waka University Press. She is currently writing a book about driving and flying.
